In January 2017, we suffered a serious fire involving our home and two automobiles. Just after the Fire and Police left, I called Fire Clean-up Services. In less than an hour, Lucy and her amazing crew were at our home to assess the damage and made sure we were all OK. The electricity was shut off and the temperatures were expected to drop into the teens. They immediately secured their portable heaters and the very next day FCS arrived to begin the process of handling everything from removing the smell of smoke to a top to bottom cleaning and checking every inch of our home for smoke and fire damage and professionally cleaning and shampooing our carpets to look and feel new again. FCS went way above and beyond what was expected of them and they even contacted the dry-cleaning service. Our home is now better than ever and Fire Clean-up Services played a large part in our happiness. They not only performed a wonderful job but throughout the entire ordeal Fire Clean-up Services were so kind and caring. If you experience an unforeseen tragedy (I hope you don’t) or for that matter just need your carpets professionally cleaned, I would call no one but FCS.
